Actually no. He claimed to be Russian from Eastern Ukraine. One of those who infested Eastern Ukraine replacing dead or deported Ukrainians.

 

I'm hardly Ukrainian, but rather more Polish, it just happens to be some of my Polish ancestors mixed a little with Ukrainians, which happened before even arriving in the United States.

But, if what Jews were like in Poland, is how Jews were like in Ukraine...then it's pretty obvious why people went against them.

I've read many articles about the Polish vs Jewish issue, and have read a bunch of Jewish bankers living in Poland collaborated with Russians, and Germans during the Partitions, then they even collaborated with Tsarist Russia with the Tsarist police force, and even spies against Poland, they were awarded land, or riches taken from Poles for their aid to Tsarist Russia at the Polish expense, they also collaborated with Germans against Poland following WW1, in the Greater Poland Uprising, and then in WW2, onward Jews were collaborating with Soviet authorities, and NKVD to round up Poles, and send them to Gulags, which once again lead to Soviets taking Polish riches, and homes, and awarding Jews for their anti-Polish actions.

Of course, a lot of Poles had Jewish landlords, and many stores, lawyers, and everything else in Poland were Jews.

When most Jews spoke Yiddish first, and many hardly spoke Polish, there was a strong animosity towards Jews.

I'd imagine the situation was very, very similar in Ukraine.

In fact, we know Jews in the NKVD lead by Genrikh Yagoda, and Jew Lazar Kaganovich organized heavily the Holodomor terror famine upon Ukraine.

I'm not so sure if local bands of Jews were collaborating with anti-Ukrainian forces, like I've read happened in Poland, but I really wouldn't doubt it.

 

Lotsa people hate Russians in eastern Europe...probably with good reason..just like pro Russians hate everybody else.

 

Eastern Ukrainians seem to be Communist fanatics even more than Russians.

 

I don't care for Russians, but honesty they are far from being the most anti-Polish.
My guess is 90% of Jews, Brits, and Lithuanians are slightly, to rabidly anti-Polish, where maybe 30% of Russians are slightly to rabidly anti-Polish.

Russians have way too many Putin, and Stalin supporters, though.
It seems many Russians have a very Asiatic mindset, they are ultra-obedient to their government authorities.

While, most other Eastern Europeans, are quite opposite, having a rebellious mindset to government authority.

Ukrainians were so rebellious they overthrew Yanukovych, Poles constantly have demonstrations against government, and Hungarians, Czechs, and Slovaks all have had fierce resistance to the EU refugee policies.

 

You are pretty much on the mark as far as how things were in Ukraine. My family on my fathers side had al bases covered. My dad was OUN-Bandera group which supported the Ukrainian Insurgent Army. One uncle was in the Ukrainian Galicia Division who wore German uniforms and had documented agreements that they would only fight against Russians-Soviets and never against the good a.lues -US or Great Britain.
The basic reason that my men such as that uncle joined this division was to get military training with the plan/hope to firm a Ukrainian national army to fight against the Russian invaders. Another uncle ended up in the Soviet Army and he was in Berlin in 1945.

My dad ended up first in a concentration camp then in a forced labor camp. The uncle in "the division" ended up as a POW first in Italy then the UK until 1948 when the western allies investigated and verified from captured German archives that yes the Garcia division only fought against the Russians just as their charter said. My grandfather dad's dad was sent to Siberia most likely in "punishment" because 2 of his sons served in organizations that fought the Soviets. Of course gradad owning a business was not to the liking of the Communists either.

Few people realize that what the Russians did at the Katyn Forest massacre mild compared to what they did to Western Ukrainians between 1939 and 1953.

I have not even touched on my mom's side..

 

Probably true in that there seems to be a lot of love for the USSR there.

 

Many Eastern Ukrainians must be masochists, they are the Ukrainians who were hit the worst by the Holodomor.

 

The EasternUkrainians people from Western Ukraine because they claim that my parents generation and earlier were too friendly with Poles plus people such as my family are Catholic so they call "us" Pope lovers and "Polak" lovers.. The Russians have picked up on this long ago and have used that split to their advantage.

 

I've dealt with some Eastern Ukrainians, and many of them sound like complete morons.

 

From the thread title I thought the thread topic was about either George Soros or the Kennedy family.

 

That is the sad thing that I cannot understand. It seems that the real Ukrainian patriots either died in the Holomodor or were exiled to Russia, Siberia, Kazakhstan, etc. I may hate Russians fircwhat they did to Ukraine but I treat Traitors like human Fecal matter- flesh them down the toilet.

Canada is an extreme pro-Nazi country. After WW2 Canada protected thousands of German Nazis blocking any from being prosecuted and now brings in the most anti-Jewish Muslims in the world. The vast majority of Canadians by polls are extremely anti-Semitic.

 

I can actually under stand why someone would deny their ancestors were Nazis, Communists, or horse theives. What I don't understand is why someone would want to know about it and why it is pertinent at this time.

 

What an odd thing to say. It would be relevant to bring up Soros in a thread like this because of his betrayal of fellow Jews to the Nazis when he was 14. He is one that appears to have escaped punishment then, ---and again, for some questionable financial dealings in England the legal consequences from which the US so far appears to be sheltering him. Not stale news at all, since from behind his covey of idealists he continues his gruesome work both in this country and others, where his goal is to destabilize and destroy so he can, like a vulture, pick at the remains..

Is the heat getting too bad for him? Is he paying people to go online and discourage talk about him?

recently read an article alleging soros is tied to the CIA. Curious to hear what you know about it? It makes a little bit of sense.
