something suspicious about this commie Richard L. Trumka, AFL-CIO President http://www.aflcio.org/aboutus/thisistheaflcio/leaders/officers_trumka.cfm http://encyclopedia.farlex.com/Trumka,+Richard i see he polish/jewish socialist i bet too.. yeah jewish
I realize that many people do not agree, because they are not very bright...but we should have more government spending on jobs. The problem is, with most construction projects financed by the government, the contractors lie and cheat against Davis Bacon standards and the resulting "stimulus" is less effective. We need more of the money going into the hands of the workers and less going into the hands of the rich owners.
your profile is showing your position on this your job i see your sticking up for you commie buddy only
The AFL-CIO has always been anti-communist since they were formed. Once more, someone doesn't even know what Communism is. As for the thread, Obama won't listen because Democrats never actually care enough to listen to unions/workers. This is why we need a seperate Labor Party(not like the British center-right "New Labour").
True, the AFL-CIO has been pretty far to the right since it was formed. However, that is because the AFL essentially sided with the government to beat down the CIO. Actually, the forming of the AFL-CIO could be more correctly construed as the AFL picking up the scraps of the CIO. Yes, you are correct. We need a labor party in the USA. However, as long as we have corporations owning the US government, it will not be a reality.
This is how conservatives "argue": faced with the overwhelming merit of the union proposal, **********s can only respond by calling people jewish. Pitiful.
By the way, virtually all economists agree: it's stupid to get government spending during a weak post-recession period, since it will result in higher longterm debt, not less, for well known reasons. Of course, Tea Partiers, being uneducated and subliterate, are unaware of the reasons and can only babble "socialism", but what's new, eh?
Ummm.....wait a minute. Aren't libs always harping about how you can't compare the running of the gubmint to the running of household finances? Which is it? (*)(*)(*)(*)ing hypocrites. Chumpka said:
Yeah, pretty much anti-Semitic hate speech. Yet somehow totally acceptable. Hey, at least he wasn't insulting anyone.
