I take it that you are referring to the legally binding nature of marriage. Yes, you're obviously correct. I mean that secular marriage (which is only referring to a couple's status under law) is utterly meaningless to the relationship of the couple. It makes no difference to it.

I think that everyone should have to pay for health damage caused by personal stupidity. It's the only reason that I'm against my country's universal healthcare. (Australia.) Although we do have to pay for an ambulance service. Even with universal healthcare, health damage caused by personal stupidity should be billed.

Actually, I did forget about the federal funding for health, which is the same in Australia, just on a bigger scale. I was thinking about the regulation of health, which is at the state level. Anyway, how is abortion a health matter in cases where it's not to save the life of the woman?
