But this issue is a pet for Democrats.. Though we have since 1933 encountered rare times when we republicans could pass such a law, Democrats have had 46 years to write up the law, knowing the SC will okay it, to have abortions as a person who is pregnant sees fit.

If Democrats had passed a law, this argument would end.

I gave one example of a SC approving slavery and it was cured by writing up a new law. Because the law was federal, slavery has ended.

Democrats have had 46 years to put abortion into the code. But since they love the issue for the only sake to scare others, they refuse to codify it into law. Worse is your desire to subsidize states with a very low rate of abortion by paying them for more hospitals, etc.

States are currently codifying the law just as they please.
