Yeah, he has been on CNN every day arguing civil liberties for Trump. He's a civil liberties lawyer.

He is the only lawyer I've seen who holds this view. George HWs old lawyer says he's guilty as hell.

It looks like Trumps only hope is a snowflake. LOL!

The other issue is that the investigation is ongoing. He can't declare Trump innocent when the investigation has just begun.

Maybe he's maneuvering for a job with Trump's defense team

When there's no crime, then all the media lies and propaganda fall apart.

Concerning the special prosecutor Bernard Kerik says, "If Robert Mueller ignores the political rhetoric that's been spewed by members of Congress on both sides of the aisle and focuses strictly on the law and his mandate, then several members of President Obama's administration could ultimately be targeted in this inquiry."

This all began a year ago with the Obama administration, but was ramped up AFTER the election as an explanation for why Clinton lost. In addition, dems realized they might be able to de-legitimatize the Trump administration in the process, and then win back some of the power they've lost since 2010. Dems have been LOSING POWER SINCE 2010 and it didn't have anything to do with Trump.

Anyone that carefully watched the 2016 election knows these tactics against Trump are ONE of the many reasons he won the election. I doubt most people will understand the result until the 2018 or 2020 elections.

It wouldn't surprise me, in the least, if Dershowitz joined Trump's defense team.

    It seems like a no-brainer.

Alan Dershowitz is a brilliant legal mind. A statement such as this can be made irregardless of a person's politics. Heck, Professor Dershowitz understands this; he has stated on more than one occasion that one of the best students he's ever had is Ted Cruz, another brilliant legal mind.

Dershowitz gets off by out-thinking his peers, not by tearing down the right.

Dershowitz agreed Trump may be impeached for Obstruction of Justice.

The Comey firing didn't slow the FBI investigation by a minute.

There was an overwhelming amount of evidence to fire Comey based on incompetence. And Trump didn't even need a reason ... as president, he was within his rights to fire Comey even if there was no legitimate reason.

Mark this for when Dershowitz says something negative about Trump and some of the lefties in this very thread turn on a dime. In general, be -very- suspicious of anything law professors who aren't adjuncts in actual practice or with extensive accomplishments -in practice- say about anything, especially Con Law professors. Dershowitz has stellar accomplishments in practice under his belt, so his opinion should be taken seriously by fair-minded people even if they don't agree.

Which lends more credibility to Dershowitz's conclusion that Trump will not be found guilty of any crimes.

When you peal away the rotten layers of this liberal wet dream, it's nothing more than a scorched earth strategy to undermine the presidency and democracy. I wish there was a way to prosecute the Pelosi's of the Congress for treason when Dershowitz's conclusions are ultimately confirmed. It's the only way this kind of nonsense will ever stop.
