Oh, thanks. I'm pretty defensive on that stuff now. When I first went the recruiters sort of sent me on a political wild goose chase trying to sort out my own paper issues for them, when they had no clue what to do, so these days I'm very T_T about the whole "thing."

I don't know right now. I know I want to wrap up the things I have left in life before I go looking for a place to die. Also, I'm concerned with joining or putting myself in the military at this stage with that kind of thinking. It doesn't feel like I'm going to "serve my country" anymore and I don't want to jeopardize any of our troops if I turn out to have bad judgment calls and/or suicidal tendencies while in a combat zone.

Nope. Don't want one either. I really don't want any paperwork or this or that.
From what I understand, that stuffs mainly for benefits or ending up in office.

    I don't want either of those. <_<.
Originally, I just wanted to serve the US through some military service and then build my own business that pulls some money back to the US through the internet.

The former bit me in the ass and the latter is giving me a hard time, because as soon as I started to bring money into the US, I got hit with this foreign and alien crap (same as when I tried to join the military) except in the public/paper form.

Yea you need to take some time to cool down. You wouldn't pass a psych eval.

    That's understandable.
I often wonder where I would have ended up and if I'd be with my friends today if things had gone differently.

Right now, my main concern is figuring out how to realistically communicate with the paper.

If I can get them to stand-down the friendly fire,
then I can resume my company operation and continue pulling funds into the US.

Create a one page fact summary describing your exact situation. Rewrite it many times until it is as brief as possible. No more than 10 numbered points should cover the key facts. One of those should be that you have no birth certificate. It should also describe your foreign "company". It will give you something productive to do as opposed to spinning around in an endless circle of frustration and despair.

Then share that document with a lawyer, and an objective psych counselor that you can trust. Pay the lawyer and the counselor and you may receive some good advice. No one here knows you or has any reason to believe anything you say. We cannot be much help to you. Pay professionals to help you.

Your comments about joining the military to die - to commit "suicide" should bar you from service if they are known to a recruiter. Job one for you is to get a firm grip on your emotions so you can reject death in favor of some kind of productive life. Good luck

I don't have a foreign company. I don't have any foreign assets. I already said that I don't want to join the military anymore for that reason and I'm not spinning around in a circle of frustration and despair. When I went originally it was to serve my country, and nothing more, before starting my company. I just said that I don't have that feeling anymore and that I have other priorities then to try again.

I'm trying to do something productive, which is advancing from point A to point C, with B being the paper.
I have no suicidal thoughts at the moment. I told you how I might feel in the future, given my pathway.
That is the reason I use words like "turns out" etc.

I do my best to mean what I say and to use the words at my disposal.

Nobody here will ever know me completely. I'm not sure how you think you can know me by making foreign assumptions about my identity and my activities when I'm telling you that I grew up in the US and I am trying to work to provide for my family [in the US].

I didn't come here to say hello, if that's why you're so hung up about getting to know me.
This area was optional and I was forced into it.

    If you like bullets:
    • Grew up in the US
    • Don't believe citizenship is controlled
    • Naturally became a citizen through my community and upbringing
    • Somebody put "Alien" in department files about me [something about birth]
    • Tried to join the military
    • Passed tests but blocked on grounds of an "Alien" tag and instructed to report to other Agencies
    • Sent on a Goose Chase to find a way to "remove" the "Alien" tag, which I concluded and it turned out to be them trying to get me to abandon the US or to become a foreign citizen.
    • Returned, fairly upset, frustrated, and disturbed at learning that people are trying to control who "gets to serve" our country based on factors of physical birth beyond anyone's control.
    • A reporter gets wind of the situation and prints "Alien" news about somebody trying to "Immigrate" that used my name and act.
    • Starts up US company to build own income and create jobs
    • Notices as sales grow, reports of "Alien" news and people disturbing my family.
    • More foreign an alien associations ping on the radar.
    • Request sent for the reporter to stop; ignored.
    • Request sent for the reporter to feature my voice in the article about me; ignored.
    • Request sent to the news organization to address the concern for accuracy and threat to family; ignored.
    • Politicalforum.com request of any ideas that do not involve a media conflict.
    • Called a foreigner or alien and demands made for birth certificate.
    • >_< wtf.
    • is everybody's problem.
    • if you don't want to shoot people for you in the military, fine.
    • if you don't want me to work for myself and to feed my family then what the hell am I supposed to do?

I was following this thread because I really wanted to see how far you would take this, but it's pretty obvious that you are not a citizen when your first bullet starts off with "Grew up in the US."

Maybe you did, but you weren't born here, or you would have lead with that and that would have ended this. And whether you believe that "citizenship is controlled" or not, all nations do, so you have to play by their rules.

So in short, here's my own list.
    Not born in the US
Deceptive about status of birth certificate
    In the country illegally
Got caught when you tried to join the military
And I'm guessing, but you apparently were deported to your home country.

My advice? You have a country, so learn about it, love it, and live your life.

I already told you my country is the US and what do you think I'm trying to do?
Why would you use the label from another country for my birth?

If you've been following, then you already know that I said that I was born in the US and that is less important to me than growing up in the US, because I don't believe that you can control somebody's citizenship according to their physical birthplace.

Saying that I don't have a birth certificate and saying that I don't want one is not being deceptive about my status.

If you want people to learn about another country so badly, then go do it yourself.

You're not from the US, right? You come from Africa or something, so go learn about that place since that's your country. You don't have a choice in which country you serve and the country that you grew up or the community that is your family is completely worthless anyway.

I said earlier that I'm trying to avoid drawing public attention to the paper. If you don't know which article(s) I'm talking about, then you have no reason to be upset at them, etc.. This way I can discuss the issue and hopefully come to a possible method of communication that will not injur any party.

My issue with the paper is that they're stating that they're supporting a nation that I do not support, by saying that I am from there and claim to be from there. I know little more about that nation than I do others and I have no interest in it beyond figuring out why people are so interested in this birth stuff when my citizenship was born in the US.

If I can get them to stop alienating me, then I can resume running my business without it injuring them or my family.
I do not want to return the alienation, discrimination, or targeting that they're doing right now. I just want them to stop and I'm not sure what a good political approach would be that doesn't drag my family or any of us into it any further.

I already said that I was. What evidence do you have to suggest that I am not [other than the fact that you don't like me or anybody that does not believe the people's citizenship can be controlled]?

edit: also, why are you targeting people according to a label that you associate to their birth?

Well, I'm not a lawyer. I can only advise you to get one and immigrate. There are bigger battles to fight than your mix up. In my opinion the best way to clear it up is to immigrate.

You might as well tell yourself to immigrate into the Untied States. Assuming you're from the United States, then you understand why that's just not possible and I would hope that you would refuse to do that, because you'll end up in a foreign country trying to learn a foreign language and culture in order to get back home if you try.

Why do you care what is stamped on a form? Seems a highly self destructive focus.

Well, originally I cared because it didn't allow me to repay my debt to the United States by serving in the military.

Now I care because my family said they were getting interrogated and hassled at work because of that stamp, by people that are obsessed with aliens and alienating people from society.

If the papers and the stamp would be gone, then at least I could work without being shamed for being born and without bringing hardships from such kind of views to my family.

I have no evidence other than your original statements. And the way they were phrased was pretty fishy.

I've noticed a lot of sob stories...really are not sob stories once the facts are known, and you started this entire thread by obfuscating your situation. And since you've been rather deceptive about your situation from the beginning, it's untrustworthy.. You're entire story is an Elaine yada yada yada story. As an "American" you'll probably know what it means. You're story is: I was raised in the US, tried to defend my country by joining the military, yada yada yada, I'm now in another unnamed country.

    It's very fishy.

If it is already in the public record why hide it from us here on a political forum where at most a few thousand people will see what you post? You and your family are already in it. What do you have to lose?

I have not been deceptive or fishy. Do you understand that you decide that for yourself? I never said that I was in another country and I made it clear that I'm doing my best not to name things so that the topic can be talked about without bringing further harm to all of us in this situation.

The situation is meant to impart possible political reasons that the paper would continue to take a non-celebrity and to broadcast that they exist and that they must be foreign citizens, or aliens, and that they have no say in the matter as far as the paper is concerned.

I'm unable to explain why they would highlight a nobody like me and forcefully bash them and refuse to allow their voice to be added to their own article about the individual.

I obviously also notice the similarity of being alienated when I try to serve my country through military service and being alienated when I try to serve my country by simply creating jobs and bringing some revenue to the US.

I can ignore joining the military, but I do need to work since that's not an option >_> and I'm not sure why people are writing about my identity and alienating me; causing disturbances to my family and threatening my business with all this political stuff.

If I could understand their political motivations or figure out how to speak with the paper on friendly terms, then I should be able to have them understand that I'm not interested in politics and that I don't want to harm anybody <_<.

It's like if your Uncle Stew suddenly started throwing knives at you ever time you walked by his bedroom and when you scream and shout, asking, "What the hell's the matter with you Uncle Stew?" the only response that you get is more "Get out of here, Kyle!" and more knives are thrown at you.

This would be very concerning if your name is not Kyle and you have no idea how to get through to Uncle Stew >_>.

Anonymously discussing the situation with a psychiatrist, or in this case politically-minded people, would help to protect Uncle Stew from being crazy in the eyes of the public. This is especially important if he is a very important source of news.

Also, the fact that their chief editor quit a few weeks after speaking to me is concerning.

I don't know what the hell's going on over there and I don't understand why there is a continued push in the organization to publish a political article about you that creates an identity in the eyes of the public that is foreign and that has nothing to do with any activities described anywhere.

I don't like not being able to splat out everything, with all the names, details, and personal information attached. However, I've found that trying to do so has made the situation worse. I don't want knives thrown at people that are related to me and I don't want Uncle Stew to be shot or stabbed.

That's not how it works. When I originally mentioned this, I was only speaking to one person and it ended up reaching hundreds of thousands of people. By the time that that happened the story got so perverted, that it only added (heavily) to the problem that I was dealing with. My problem originally was just joining the military <_<.

Also, at this juncture, I'm fairly certain that if somebody actually CORRECTED the story or focused on ME, then not only would the problems be much more severe for my family during the discussion, but the paper might lose a lot of trust. I don't want that because I assume they are a bunch of idiots that don't realize what they're doing in this particular case. I mean I'm sure they're aware of their actions, but I don't think that they see beyond whatever political reason they have; and that concerns me.

This user is Citially Martinez and does not wish to be exposed so we should all avoid discussing Citially Martinez because someone might look into Citially Martinez for some odd reason. Or it may be Sirk....one never really knows when the individual wont tell you ANYTHING.
