    it's just anoter dog bites man story, not newsworthy.

    It's when there's a man bites dog story that gets play, namely when a white person commits a violent act against a black person.

    We know this and posting every story will not change the sad reality

    If the police in Kannapolis ignore the crime and fail to arrest the killers, that is a miscarriage of justice.

    The glaring frequency of black in white crime, especially MURDER, as opposed to white on black crime, (not even CLOSE, especially MURDER), and the obvious conspiracy to downplay it, amid cries of "racist" and other such preposterous nonsense, while obviously trying to PLAY UP white on black crime, especially MURDER, ( not even remotely CLOSE in frequency), is the "miscarriage of justice", to which to OP refers.

    Of course they don't......

    the problem....which you are either too thick to understand, or are being willfully obtuse about...(personally, I believe the latter...you seem relatively bright)....
    is the FACT that the good people in Kannapolis...or anywhere else... are rarely innundated with media reports that specifically and purposely reveal race in regards to Black on White or Black on Black crime...

    while the other event...the dreaded White on Black crime.... the races are quite quickly and freely revealed, and the events are purposely pimped (see: post #4) in an effort to garner national media attention.

    The perp has yet to be found, arrested or prosecuted in the black DJ's killing in Valdosta....but just the mere suggestion that the perp is white...as revealed in the victim's dying breath.....has attracted Jesse to the event to attempt to garner national news attention.

    Open your eyes....it's really not that hard. The alternative makes you appear willfully obtuse....or, the "other thing" ;)

    Beyond cursory reporting the national media never gets involved BECAUSE local police departments do their jobs all over the US every day.

    We seem to forget that Mr Zimmerman was taken into custody. Now was he charged with a crime at that time? No, because there was inconclusive evidence that Mr Zimmerman had committed a crime in Florida. You can only hold a person for certain amount of time before charging them with a crime. It is up to the police department to investigate the incident and then present that evidence to the District Attorney who then presents that evidence to a court to have a arrest warrant issued. What we have in the Zimmerman debacle is a case of publicity seeking politicians and zealots attempting to undermine the law. It is my opinion that Angela Corey has bowed to political pressure or political aspirations by charging Mr Zimmerman with Second Degree Murder. The definition of Second Degree Murder is as follows (in simple terms):

    Murder with a Depraved Mind
    Murder with a Depraved Mind occurs when a person is killed, without any premeditated design, by an act imminently dangerous to another and evincing a depraved mind showing no regard for human life.

    I realize that this post deviates from the original content of OP's post.
