    Yes yes YES!!!!!! Oh thank you God. Kennedy was the last flimsy conservative who fabricated law for social justice. The biggest being gay marriage and imminent domain. Now we can finally have a true conservative majority that follows what the Constitution actually says!!!

    Supreme Court Justice Anthony Kennedy will retire from the highest U.S. court, giving President Donald Trump another chance to fundamentally reshape the top of the judiciary.

    In a letter to Trump dated Wednesday, Kennedy said he would step down.

    The demagogues will be fighting tooth and nail against Trump's next appointee, and some "flaky" rinos probably will as well. Republicans may need to pick up some seats in the House and Senate before they can get a decent one approved.

    You have a point, but as I recall 17 of the RPs best and brightest were all beaten by Trump with ease on pocket change without running any ads. ;-)

    I agree. Kennedy far exceeded his bounds on the gay marriage fiasco. He went from being a libertarian that should have seen it as a state issue, to a gay activist that imposed the institution of gay marriage upon all 50 states; an imposition that far exceeds constitutional boundaries.
