Tribalism is not really prevalent in america. Its more about franchise and hardcore capitalism and its bottom line. Racism is a preferred tactic to achieve these aims though at present for reasons not widely understood.

Yes but there are different versions of the apocrypha and some dont contain enoch. Ive only read maccabees.
