Sorry, but unless you're prepared to offer proof of your certified expertise in the field of medicine, some EMT experience, etc. having to do with diagnosing wounds as being "serious" or not, your opinion regarding the wounds that Zimmerman did suffer is simply irrelevant. Try again.

Now it would seem you're also an expert in how offensive wounds to the hands are sustained. Please provide some credentials as to your expertise in that area as well. Producing a valid medical degree will suffice for these opinions of yours. But the opinions themselves will not.

Who knows? No one was actually there and many of the witnessess have changed their stories multiple times--which is one reason why witness testimony is so unreliable. If I had to guess, I'd say Zimmerman probably had his arms crossed over his face trying to protect his facial region and head area from sustaining further injury, but from the autopsy report that was released for Martin, it would seem that no, Zimmerman did not even fight back. He did not swing a single punch, there were no bruises, cuts, not even a scratch (aside from the abrasion to the left ring finger) reported in Martin's autopsy, just the gunshot wound which--based on the evidence--was fired in self defense.

I have no idea what was going through his head, you're with the liberal lynch mob, you guys are the ones who pretend to have some kind of clairvoyant knowledge of what actually happened. All I have are conclusions which I can reach based on the physical evidence. I doubt he wanted to "get his ass whooped," but from the fact that Martin sustained no injuries from an actual fist fight, it would seem to be fairly clear that Zimmerman was not intending to do Martin harm, while the other physical evidence--Zimmerman's sustained injuries--suggest strongly that Martin did intend to do Zimmerman harm. From there, a shot was fired which--based on the injuries Zimmerman sustained and the lack of injuries up to the shot being fired that Martin sustained, it seems like it's a good bet that Martin was assaulting Zimmerman.

I can't say for sure as I wasn't there and I'm not a member of the leftist "let's lynch Zimmerman" klub. But what I can say is that it would seem that this shows fairly clearly that Zimmerman had no intention of hurting Martin, even after Martin began to assault him. I would venture to guess he was more concerned with protecting himself and his extremities. How else would you explain Zimmerman's injuries if they were not inflicted by Martin? Did Zimmerman kick his own ass? How droll.

Apparently you're referring to yourself, because you and all the other members of the leftist "let's lynch Zimmerman" klub are the only ones here who have access to all the physical evidence yet concoct these strange weird freaking stories to go along with it as if it somehow matches up with a scenario that it could not possibly match up with. There are those in that klub who do that and then there are the ones who simply ignore the physical evidence altogether. Right now, you seem to be following the first trend.

The emotional tripe usage of the word "stalk" has repeatedly been refuted. Margot persisted with the use of that word for months and every time she'd bring up a legal definition of the word "stalk," I--or someone else--would just slam it back right to where it belonged--underneath the sand to which your prior comment was referring. There was no "stalking" going on. It is not illegal to follow someone. It is not even illegal to confront someone, the only time a confrontation becomes illegal is when it involves unwelcome physical contact. It cannot be proved Zimmerman initiated unwelcome physical contact against Martin, but it certainly can be proved beyond reasonable doubt that at some point Martin did initiate unwelcome physical contact with Zimmerman by beating him up. A resident of a neighborhood needs no "authority" to approach someone and ask them what's going on, there is simply nothing illegal with that. A resident of a neighborhood is not bound by some kind of jurisdiction or "lack of authority" when doing things that are not criminal. Sorry, try again.

Of course I am, the difference between my beliefs and yours being that my beliefs are based on the physical evidence available combined with logic and rationale whereas your beliefs seem to be based primarily on the propaganda touted by the leftist "let's lynch Zimmerman" klub. That would be the difference, I suppose.

Refusal to answer a valid question or line of argument based on something as petty as "length" is nothing short of conceding defeat on the point. I humbly accept your concession of defeat on that point and will now move on to address the rest of your post.

First of all, let's get one thing straight. I have never claimed to "know what happened," as I am not one of the pretentious allegedly clairvyoant grand dragons or members of the "let's lynch Zimmerman" klub. I have only ever pointed to my own theories and have based those theories on the physical evidence. Never have I once claimed that I "know what happened," though. You can continue to grasp at those straws all you like though, it's certainly not going to hurt my position in this debate. Secondly, to emphasize what I just said again, I don't know what happened or what resulted in the physical altercation, all I know is that there was clearly a physical altercation and Zimmerman sustained the physical injuries he sustained whereas Martin sustained the gunshot wound after--evidence would suggest--beating Zimmerman. Where that actually happened or how both parties arrived to the location of the assault is completely and irrevocably irrelevant. The fact of the matter is that Martin was hitting Zimmerman. That is what the physical evidence shows. It does not show that Zimmerman even struck Martin one time. There were no bruises or cuts mentioned in Martin's autopsy report aside from the abrasion to the left ring finger. Now again, for the umpteenth friggin time, that is all I know--that Zimmerman got beaten up and Martin got shot by Zimmerman. Now unless you're trying to tell me that Zimmerman was beaten up by a spectre or a poltergeist, that he kicked his own ass, or that there was a third party present who is still unaccounted for, the only logical conclusion is that Martin was the one inflicting those injuries on Zimmerman. If that were the case, then unless it can be proven that Zimmerman initiated some kind of unwelcome physical contact prior to being beaten, a fair trial will result in his freedom as by law he would have been justified in ending the threat to his safety/health/etc.

Right. The bottom line, even recited from TrayVons parents lawyers are, hey, had he just stayed in the car TrayVon would be alive today. Think about that. How dare George have the nerve to not only call the cops on TrayVon, which I am is the catalyst for the attack, but he got out of his car. So the lesson is, dont make yourself available for an attack, when you see a thug looking person, stay in your car, which I totally agree with, I do not think George was ever afraid of Trayvon until he struck George, and then what kind of moron wouldnt be scared. We have the libs basically saying had they been attacked they would have just taken this child up in a bear hug and hugged it out, I mean its totally absurd.

Is this still supposed to be a "current event"? I suggest that there be no more on this topic until they have a trial. We have FIXATED on this one tragic killing purely because it is "interracial", and yet Blacks kill Latinos and Latinos kill Blacks all the time! Those killings simply don't get fixated on or reported nationally by the idiot media, who are always looking for sensational chaff to distract our attentions away from things that are ruining the lives of millions and millions of people every day....

George told Hannity that he wasn't afraid of Trayvon.. He told Serino and Singleton that he was afraid.

Yeah, we should give up our rights to free speech and ****, according to you, someone who hardly ever comments on this case. Maybe you should go demand others following the election to **** about that too until the day it happens?
