    Cause, you know, this evil false flag mastermind government of ours is going to make such an idiotic mistake as using the same actor from a previous disaster (I mean "false flag attack"). Even though people are obviously going to make that distinction especially since SH was only a few years ago. And there was already the conspiracy that this was the same women from the Colorado theater shooting. But yeah. The evil conspiring government is that freaking stupid.
