No, I have the fact that the lower court dismissed it, that they have nothing new since then, and that this is the pattern among the other lawsuits being dismissed. You know... facts and logic.

Because there aren't any. The lawyer is making a claim she can't back up, which got her case dismissed in the lower court. In an effort to keep the lies alive to raise funds for trump and to make money for herself, she is now taking it to a higher court. Those are all the details, apparently.

When your case has dismissed because you had no support for your claims... that's right, they don't. That's why they aren't. That's why Team trump is failing so spectacularly at every turn.

The fact that Trump forces have spent $23 million on their legal on ALL of his legal efforts, and over $200 million into Trump's personal coffers and the GOPs coffers may have something to do with Trump's spectacular failure on his election efforts to stop Biden's inauguration.

That is what has happened with your $220 million in your donations, Trump lovers! Hope that was worth it!

Even if there were irregularities that does not mean that any fraud occurred or that vote counts were affected. Based on the Trump attorney's record thus far there will be no fraud found or proven and/ or the suit with go down.

And the "irregularities" they keep bringing keep getting dismissed. It's almost as if...a pattern is emerging...

What is it called when someone does the same thing over and over expect different results but getting the same? Oh yes craziness.

While I'm not necessarily saying that the state supreme court will side with the Republican Party Chair, I do believe this case has a better chance of winning than the other cases brought forward in relation to challenging the election. However, even if the state supreme court sides with the GOP chair, the chances of it overturning the election results in Arizona are extremely low

The margin between the two candidates in the final vote is more than 10,000 votes apart, this kind of court ruling could tilt the scale if we were talking about a margin of a few hundred votes, but even then so the odds would not be terrific. with a 10,000 vote deficit, they would have about as good a chance of overturning the state as a football team would have of coming back from a three touchdown deficit while the opposing team is taking their first knee with no time outs left to end the game.

Also the OP appears to be using outdated numbers, the number of ballots ordered for sample inspection was broadened to 1,626 ballots, and the rate at which errors were discovered during this inspection was nowhere near enough to overturn the election. The GOP chair is requresting that around 100,000 ballots be inspected, if this were to happen and they were to produce identical results to the other 1,626 ballots that were inspected, it would amount to a change of less than 500 votes to the final count. They would need to overturn more than 10% of the ballots they are calling for inspection to give their candidate a lead in the count.

But clearly you’re not reading the court decisions. The vast majority have been tossed out due to lack of standing. Which, as long as a higher court will take the case, doesn’t mean anything. The few which were tossed out based upon evidence presented were done so by Obama era judges.

Were they wrong? The SCOTUS will decide.

Doing the exact same thing over and over again and accepting different results is one of the definitions of insanity

    Hardly.

They are tossed out because there is no evidence to substantiate the ridiculous claims.

Many of the courts laugh the wacky lawyers out of the room!

Another baseless claim. Even the Trump judges have utterly destroyed the Trump attorneys for bringing wacky suits to clutter up their courtrooms! One upon Republicans criticized frivolous suits. Now Republicans bring up frivolous lawsuits like weeds, all to please the Clown-In-Chief Trump! And deluded Trump-lovers are enriching Trump as Trump spends a few pennies on the lawsuits, and puts the rest in his pocket!

The SCOTUS will laugh with the rest of us as that Highest Court refuses to hear any of them.
