Ash Carter sworn in as new U.S. defense secretary

Ashton B. Carter officially became the 25th U.S. secretary of defense on Tuesday, taking the oath of office at the White House in a ceremony with Vice President Biden.

This is an another "yes" man in Obama's fantasy bubble. The "candid advice" will be: "Yes sir, no-sir and whatever you say, Sir."

There has only been 25 defense secretaries?

And here I thought I knew everything about US Politics.

 

The office wasnt formed until 1947. Interesting....weve had issues winning wars since then.

 

Ahhh, I had that confused with the Secretary of War which was here since 1789 if I remember correctly.

Same job just a different title.
