This is of course entirely subjective, but I would say that Nordic women are the best looking women of Europe, yes. I prefer lighter features so they fulfill that preference very well and also, imo, Swedish women have a nice sense of fashion - generally they dress really well, but it wouldn't hurt if they could dress slightly more "feminine"; eg. A Swedish woman will almost never wear heels or a dress something that an Eastern European woman would do even if she was just going out to buy milk (lol).
