agree, the baker can make as many Christian wedding cakes as he wants to sell, the person buying them doesn't change the cake, it's still the same cake, so sell it or stop selling Christian wedding cakes if it violates their religion

 

Yes it very much is a violation. By participating in a wedding you are saying before God that you believe the union is sacred. Remember to a Christian marriage is a religious event Not a legal one..

Years ago there was a lawsuit about a strip club and the courts determined that the women dancing were exercising their free expression and therefore protected under the constitution. Larry flynn also one his lawsuit for hustler magazine on the same grounds.

If thoes are free expression you have to admit that a cake or a bouquet of flowers is too. If you cannot admit that well then your hypocrisy is noted and it's clear that you are just anti religion, just like the states of Colorado and Washington.
