I do not have much use for the term. It is totally meaningless to those who understand what an "assault weapon" is, a demonized sporting rifle. They are not machine guns, they are not assault rifles. They are semi-automatic just like your grandfathers Remington. What is an "assault weapon"? It was a firearm that looked like its military counter part. The definition has changed though, from a select firearms, to any semi-automatic with a detachable magazine (H.B. 1022). The gun control lobby claims they have no sporting purpose, with is odd, considering I use mine for hunting every year. An excellent example, they are both the same type of firearm, a Rugar 10/22, yet one is an "assault weapon". Or the 10/22 I had modified myself, sold it recently. Im very sure you are adept at bullying anyone smaller, weaker or less physically capable than you.
