If we had a culture that was less aggressive and antagonistic, less ominous and oppressive perhaps people wouldn't be so tightly strung that they walk into movie theaters and shoot people, but...right now even that lecture feels like chalk in my mouth.

A little kid was shot in the cheek trying to watch Batman. I mean...really.

This reminds me of the Jesus fish story. Embellished as time went by to be sure. Jesus was being followed all over the place by a hungry horde of liberals complaining that they had no food.
