I would like to thank the Australians for demonstrating their unity with the USA. That said, I am not pro-war, I am all for isolation and bringing ALL our troops and industrial manufacturing back to the western hemisphere. That is near impossible now. So as I said I am anti war except for demonstrable cases of national security threats in the same manner that I am against using lethal force save for self defense of home and family. So I am happy we went to Afghanistan, while saddened by the loss of American and our allies lives. Nevertheless, we should of had an enter exit plan with a mission clearly stated. If it was to kill everyone that had a hand in murdering thousands of innocent civilians of 9/11 and other stupid suicide bombs aimed at maxing innocent casualties we should stay until the job is done even if it takes a hundred years, and we should make the Afghan government pay for it*, or contribute to it.

If we are there to make surgical strikes assassinations etc that would be better I think, because less non combatants would die. I think we have won not lost. Where are the revenge attacks of the terrorists? I believe if we make it too expensive in lives and money and the fear of GOD that they are gonna die, the attacks will slow or even stop. A terror attack is a means to an end. When that end is not achieved terror becomes useless to promote their cause. We should make it brutally obvious that their terror attacks are going to cost them everything. They may draw comfort that at least they (think) will meet their ALLAH in a perverse orgy violating young virgins after they are dispatched. Still the doubt will be there as will the pain of losing the cause and their lives.
