Trump could have put daddies money in a cd and been richer than he is today, Trump is a failure, he is living off his dad's properties, nothing more

Trump was bailed out by the likes of Rothschild consortia. I suppose having rich friends could be seen as a sign of success :)
This is why Trump appointed Rothschild foot soldier "Wilbur Ross" as commerce secretary - quid pro quo central.

This is the main reason why the claims that Trump is under the influence of Russia are laughable. Trump is influenced -but it is by the big money interests that run this nation - not "Russia"

I was with you until this last statement. Where we end up, however, won't be to the liking of middle-income folks.

The government is letting millions of small businesses go broke. Even if we get rid of COVID-19, there will be a risk premium placed on money invested or lent to small businesses. Big business will step into the void.

I doubt that's his motivation. He's right, however, about the economy failing because of how people react to having a lot of virus around. And Trump thinks he can force public schools to open fully in the next 60 days. Won't happen. The teachers won't do it and most parents won't send their kids. Childcare for workers is up in the air.

The only way to get close to normal is to get the new case count down, test, and trace. If people cooperate with tracing, we can have more personal contacts if we can cut off transmission lines.

They're making it work in British Columbia (5m people).

They're opening as much as they can. Bars? Yes. Malls. Yes. Beauty salons? Yes. Restaurants? Yes. All with a lot of social distancing. Clubs? No. Gatherings of no more than fifty people. Test for COVID-19? Just go get it. Results in 24 hours, sometimes a little longer.

Five million people ... 19 in hospital, 2 in the ICU. That's it.

BC had its screwups--senior care, farm workers, food processing plants, federal prisons. They went to work on each one.

How do I know about BC? Because that's where my wife and I decided to ride out COVID-19. We're not spending any time in Corvallis, OR. I think Oregon has done a fairly good job given the failure of the federal government to lead.

Spare us the "Russiagate" mania por favor. When one is dealing in international business -it is not always clear where the capital is coming from.

Regardless - Trump got way more money from the Rothschild consortia than from some pennies from Russian mobsters - and it is this group that Trump is married to.
