Barr to speed releases at federal prisons hard hit by virus

Not sure how most people will feel about this, as these will be convicts serving prison time. One thing to consider though is that these are low-security prisons so they would not be housing the extremely criminal or violent. Looking through the wiki on some of them listed the more prominent prisoners to have been held in these prisons, they look like more white collar, although I am not familiar with the facilities as they are not in my state.
