I would to think I am still a beer snob. However, it seems to be fading away. I have noticed that by the end of the month my beer snobbery goes to PBR and... dare I say.... as I have had more than a few on this lovely Sunday afternoon... Bud Light. Why? Way cheaper.

Does anyone else feel my pain? lol

I don't really consider myself a beer snob, but after several years in Germany I could really tell the difference between what's available there and your typical Bud/Miller type cheap beers that form the majority of beer drinking in the US. At this point in my life, I just don't drink enough beer or as often to justify drinking bottom-of-the-barrel beer. If I get a six pack and it lasts me for a month, why not get either a good quality beer or a type that I'm not familiar with?

    Nothing wrong with beer snobbery.

I happen to like good beer- which happens to be the beer that I like. I just don't like weak American style beers and just won't drink them.

But I don't have an issue with whatever anyone else chooses to drink- go for it.

How would you define "beer snobbery"?
