MSNBS has done more for Trump than his campaign manager.

So the Constitution is just toilet paper? Fair enough.

It would seem to be a scathing indictment of our system that a person can beat another person in votes and yet not win. Kind of weird, no?

Not really, no. Prior to the Left taking over the educational process in this nation, citizens were under no illusion regarding the nature of their government and nor the purpose of the Constitution. It was never, EVER intended to be Democracy by way of mob rule.

It was always meant to be a way to balance off the dual desires of both the majority and the minority so that one never ended up with a ruling tyranny of either. By definition, democracy -- or mob rule -- IS the tyranny of the majority. Only since the political Left of this nation took over the educational system decades ago have citizens 'forgotten' why the Constitution was designed along those lines by the founding . . . patriots.

Agree, As a person, especially on stage he's pretty likeable and at the very least doesn't sugar coat his policies which I appreciate, I don't think i'd enjoy sitting down and having a beer with him because I think he'd spend the whole time lecturing me, that doesn't sound like a good time.

Basically if he's the nominee, I won't even have to bother watching the debates between him and DJT unless i'm super bored, I don't think he could say anything that would convince me to vote for him, like less than .01% chance I'd support him. I'd vote Trump just to avoid a bernie presidency, especially concerning is the possibility of dem's keeping the house and winning the senate.

Him winning the nomination would make the decision for me well in advance of November.

Not weird at all, if you win your state you win your state: I don't want Cali and NY making the decision for me.

Its only upsetting because the left feels that when 30 states go for the opponent and 20 for your side that its not fair.

    The EC is fine.

One problem it would solve, there would be no reason to have multiple primaries and delegates assigned by each state, you could just do one massive super Tuesday with all 50 states at one time, that would be interesting eh?

The EC was intended to pick the President for us with independent electors NOT bound by the popular vote. Do you see that going on? Do you support changing the current system to reflect that?

We're not doing the EC the way the Founders envisioned. You realize that, right? It's just a rubber stamp for the popular vote.

And it is weird to do elections this way. Are there any other first-world countries that have this kind of system?

You mean crap-can the Constitution because leftists lost an election and want to switch over to mob-rule? Yes, the entire world saw that. But thanks for asking.

repeat: the EC is fine. I don't want Cali and NY making decisions for me.
Big cities don't speak for me, and they sure as hell don't vote for me.

I mean doing the EC the way the Founders envisioned. Is that what you're advocating? Because the way the EC works now is not what the Founders envisioned. You realize that, right?
