Bush announced a full border wall. Congress approved it. Even Obama bragged he was kicking them out in record numbers. Trump is playing clean up now.
His success is more like it. His despised health care plan. I personally saw the lousy effect it had on my doctors. Why harm doctors? What if the problem had been Opera singers and had Obama muzzled them? Great success?
It didn't get resolved-"The final outcome? Under threat of prolonged litigation Walters settled for $380,000 less than he says he was owed." Isn't that fraud when you continue to trade when insolvent?
as usual, the far right is always far WRONG because Syria is signatory to the IAEA since 1963: https://www.google.com/search?q=syr...rome..69i57.8228j0j4&sourceid=chrome&ie=UTF-8
You said the case settled. And a man who can afford to settle for $380,000 less under the order of a court is not poor nor even middle class.
those lies were easily refuted by the Duelfer Report: https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Iraq_Survey_Group#Duelfer_Report note that the ISG was created by right wing hero traitor Bush
Well he may not have been BEFORE the lawsuit..... Lots of people have lost thier homes and savings to Trump
The picture you posted in which I quoted. Notice the orientation of the signs and signal lights. They are oriented toward drivers that drive on the right side of the road. Brits drive on the left.
Who said he could afford it? Trump has a history of dragging things out. Who can afford to be paying lawyers for years?
I went by your story. You reported a court ordered the gentleman to pay Trump. And I suppose the man paid Trump.
This is not that situation. This is a man hired to do a job, running into conflict with the Trump organization, being hauled to court, said Judge rules for the Trump organization who leaks his sob story.
I believe you said with a straight face that Duelfer put in his report that General Georges Sada lied. Will you favor us with something proving you are correct?
No. he settled for what trump would pay him- not the total amount they were owed. "Trump defends his history of payment disputes as simply the expected cost of being a tough negotiator in a cutthroat business. The WSJ article, in particular, offers Trump's camp ample space to respond. They strongly defend the tactics as hard but fair (and some fellow businesspeople might agree), but the paper notes that they "stood out as particularly aggressive in the industry and in the broader business world."" Those tactics might be fine when you're suing Deutsche Bank, but it's a pretty low, miserable thing to do to a small businessman.
I believe the first story was that he went to the judge. And the Judge forced the salesperson to take less cash. Trump must have been right for the judge to see it that way.
WRONG! That is NOT how SETTLEMENTS work at all! The two sides figure out a COMPROMISE and ask the judge to approve it.
No, I went to court after being told by two attorneys I was in the right. Stepped up to the judge when he called me and the plaintiff and the judge told me to give up that he would rule against me. This without hearing the case. I know I was in the right. Still paid the dealer the money he wanted. This despite me leaving his dealership with my paying cash for the car and them reviewing all papers and saying I was a good customer. Well, several days later the dealer wanted another grand.
One way street. As a gridlock free zone there'd be a no left turn sign or a left turn light if it was two way.
