making law to tell people what to think, what to say, what not to speak of, are authoritarian idealology... much like socialism leads to total ruination, so too of libertarianism leads to authoritarianism & total ruination...
"A righteous man regardeth the life of his beast: but the tender mercies of the wicked are cruel." Proverbs 12:10
Communism and fascism are at the opposite ends of the circle! My dear old dad when I was about 12, never knew if he really made it up or plagiarised it.
orange didnt cause the divide, that was accomplish by the faux black one, and continued by wanna be socialists pretending to be democratic...
And the moon is made of green cheese! PS. You can be democratic and socialist. The real irony is that even people calling themselves socialists, really aren't. As for quotes: “The world is ruled by letting things take their course. It cannot be ruled by interfering.” — Laozi That reminds me of the politician who saw his people running down the street. He ran to catch up and pleaded with the last person in the crowd - Please tell me where you are running so I can lead you!
What in the hell are you talking about? Yes, laws which "tell people what to think, what to say, what not to speak" ARE authoritarian, but what the hell does this have to do with libertarianism? Libertarianism is literally the OPPOSITE of Authoritarianism!

'Fine words butter no parsnips.' And here's one for Theresa May in case she's reading PF lol '"You have sat too long here for any good you have been doing. Depart, I say, and let us have done with you. In the name of God, FFS go". That's the clean version!
nope, libertarian is also known as 'classical liberal' the root of which is enacting enough laws & regulations to 'hopefully' prevent anyone from misbehaving so as to seemingly diminish the need for government intrusion (yet it takes the threat of that intrusion to accomplish it)... much like 'democratic socialism' is disguised socialism...
