Pardon me if I don't feel this incident is worthy of 9/11 level scrutiny.

 

Difference is Biden misspoke Trumpocity lied lied lied and repeated the lie and continuously lied.

 

It isn't worth 911 level scrutiny and if righty politicians weren't dragged through the mud for every time they slipped up or got a statistic wrong and accused of being evil liars it would be easier to have the preferred, "normal" reaction of "whatever, old man had a slip up" but it is not easy to do when you know that would never happen from the other side. Knowing that if the tables were turned it would be MONTHS of "Trump does historic stealing vaccine credit from Biden" and maybe even an impeachment trial, who knows. I find double standards and hypocrisy annoying. In a perfect world the response would be a chuckle followed by some kind of light hearted senior joke to Biden's slip up. In a perfect world this stuff wouldn't even make headlines. but that's where politics has gone unfortunately.....off to read about the new Mars lander mission now...it's the most exciting thread I've seen on this forum all day!
