    Don't forget his close ties to MBNA Credit Cards. He pushed for legislation favorable to the credit giants.

    It's not what Joe says, it's what he does........"which is now law and makes it harder for consumers to obtain bankruptcy protection in the courts."

    Little wonder he's called the "Senator from MBNA". Democrats need to seriously look into his past and who supported him and how he supported them.

    He is a corporatist for sure, as is Klobuchar, Harris and Booker.

    I don't think that law was that bad, I thought it was to easy to file bankruptcy before, there is supposed to be some measure of accountability in our society.
