Also, possibly an emolument? I would not want to lose Biden's illustrious service, but the law is the law. But James is my first name; he can't be all bad.
I think that Biden is worst president ever. He is senile, incompetent and dishonest. His border policies are going to cause great problems within the United States for a least a generation. His spending as run up the debt and caused great hardship for many people because of inflation, especially for food and shelter. He heads a family that is corrupt as hell. The only reason not to remove him is that giggle puss Harris would become the president, which could be even worse. She acts like she's mentally incompetent, and she does not have age as an excuse.

He has invited in MILLIONS OF ILLEGAL MIGRANTS, pushed inflation to new heights, is cranking out stupid regulations faster than they can be published, and driving the debt to new records, daily. He is an embarrassment to the country. This, our allies ask, is the best you can do? A senile, corrupt career politician or a pompous gas bag? It is true that impeaching him leaves us with Harris. Or, we can dump him in November and get Haley voted in.
Has anyone followed up on the $250,000 check that James Biden gave to Joe Biden as a "loan repayment?" Where is the evidence that Joe loaned James the money in the first place?
I put Biden in the top ten Presidents. His wonderful actions are too many to list so I won't even start. He is indescribeable. No one appreciates his quiet eloquence and sincerity. I thought it was $40,000 but what are formalities among family? That's easy. Getting a Democratic controlled Senate to remove, not so much.
Yes, he most eloquent when he shakes hands with a ghost and wonders around the stage unable to find the exit. But I know they don't show those scenes on CNN and MSNBC.

I wonder who that president is? If you had lived in the 1850s with that mindset, you have been a big fan of Franklin Pierce and James Buchanan, the two worst presidents ever. They made Millard Fillmore look good. Fillmore was the best president of the 1850s.
