Biden Sides with Foreign Leaders Mocking Trump: ‘The World Is Laughing’

This is meant to be an attack on Trump, and well: If you want to interpret it that way, you can be my guest. But mocking also includes ridicule, and I think the 'ridicule' terminology fits Trump's mindset more than fear in this instance.

With exception to Robert Mueller. You'd be fearful too if you were under investigation for a crime you didn't commit, with no evidence of the crime having took place(collusion with the Russians) but still FBI resources. I demand a reason that goes beyond "What would you have done."

Trump should either have ignored him(we know he'll never do this), or flex his own muscles(as I said, threaten to leave NATO. It's a European alliance, not an American one.)

They'll go on forever citing their joint efforts on terrorism. That's nice, but I expect you to do that with or without US assistance.

If I were POTUS, what would be leading the headlines would be a formal declaration of withdrawing from NATO, as an obsolete alliance that was maintained for and created exclusively for European purposes. We would recognize "the spirit of European independence" by withdrawing our membership.

And Macron can take personal responsibility for pushing the US out.

Agreed, though I have love for Germany with blood on my mother's side, I'm an American first and foremost. And it's clear that EU/US negotiations are at an impasse, as you would rather ally with the Chinese than us. So be it. America, before the mid-1900's was always staunchly independent.

I wasn't aware our relevance was based on the joint defense of the European continent. I was of the belief it was our 50 State, 327+ million union that had to be my first priority. Not saving Macron from himself.

 

Ideally as quick as possible, I don't want those ME missions either. It seems to serve as propaganda for the terrorist enemy, the cost in money and manpower and troop movement is far too great to be justified. Don't worry, those bases cost US taxpayer dollars.
