There have been thousands of sightings over the years, but never a body found. Is it mass delusion? Is it just a matter of the wilderness still being so vast that any body would be reclaimed by nature fairly quickly? Is Bigfoot a creature that travels between dimensions? Is it all bunk? Perhaps Bigfoot is more similar to humans than apes and they bury their dead... I don't know. But, what do you guys think? Why hasn't a corpse been found?
The North American Bigfoot likely does not exist. If it did it would be part of nature and not paranormal. The Himalayian Yeti is a different story. For the people who live there it is as natural and normal as a fox is to much of the United States.
If there is a creature like the one we think of as Bigfoot, it doesn't have many places to hide. With satellite imagry, geospatial and thermal imagry, and scientific research of the wildnress, it's difficult to imagine something that big could be living unnoticed. With that said, we have so much wilderness that it's not impossible. Especially the further north/west you go. If there is a family of these guys, it's possible they could have the intelligence to remain undetected, bury their dead. Very fun to think that there may be creatures that smart.
Have they ever found a Yeti body? It would be cool if they were a branch off of humanity. I've also heard the theory that they're aliens and are very smart... that's a little beyond what I would be willing to accept without one of them coming up to me and telling me themselves...
My question is, are they very smart, or do they know the land better than we do? If they are real and can avoid detection, is it because of a high intelligence level, or they just know their way around?
I'm not sure... I mean, silverback gorillas were thought to be just a myth, but they were just doing their gorrilla thing until enough humans found them... and then started killing them, but that's another topic.

Lol it's sad how much money is spent for them. There is one former FBI investigator who examined footprint casts and determined that, due to scars visible in the print, Bigfoots were real. But too much evidence [or lack thereof] points to the contrary
I don't know if it exists or not, but I lived in the Pac NW for awhile, and never saw a thing, but at night, in the woods, heard noises like nothing I have ever heard before, and I've spent a LOT of time in woods all over the Country. Not saying it was Bigfoot, just making an observation.
I live in a rural setting and one crisp cold frosty night I heard such huge footsteps across the road, and with each step I hear branches from the brush break, I was sure it was a bear, or a moose (sounded like a big, big moose--but we don't have them here). I imagined this sound could only come from a huge, heavy animal with broad feet....I could almost hear the ground quake with each step. Frankly it was terrifying---and it turned out to be a little deer.
I have a friend up in Pennsylvania that believes in them. I call him crazy.. Until I heard of Eric Frein. Eric Frein killed a cop and eluded the cops for 46 days in the woods.. We're not talking about 10 cops, we're talking like tons of cops and overhead surveillance and they caught Eric Frein just by chance.. Now Eric Frein is a man and he eluded cops in the woods for 46 days.. You think a wild animal can't do the same, probably better.. Just because I deer hunt in an area and don't see deer all day in my stand, doesn't mean there's no deer. Do I believe in Bigfoot or Bigfeet or whatever.. I doubt the existence for the time being.
