You don't know much about the case and it isn't a matter of him not seeing the border. The problem is once you take a wrong turn there is no way to turn around and go back.
You don't seem quick enough to understand the difference between intentionally breaking the law when entering a nation and entering a nation against your intentions. That's your problem.

I'm talking about a difference between intentionally and unintentionally breaking a law. Do you understand?

So your telepathic powers tell you what that Marine's "intentions" were?

Why are millions of illegal immigrants special enough to have the law ignored for them? By law, our border should be respected and illegals should be detained and deported. 0bama is bending over backwards to selectively ignore our immigration laws, but we should be respecting Mexican laws over an accidental border crossing? 0bama can enforce our immigration laws until our Marine is returned home. What is so wrong about that? Mexico would think differently about the Marine if they were having to deal with thousands of squatters who cannot get into America to be freeloaders on the charity of lazy politicians on both sides of the isle.

It's a good thing border security is not up to me. I would seal the border until legal immigration reform is reviewed. All border crossers not crossing at legal channels would be shot on sight. Call me heartless, but I can't afford to support foreign freeloaders. We have legal channels. Use them.

No my common sense does. Try it sometime.
You think this guy just entered Mexico with contraband arms for a laugh?

Funny, no, make that sick, how the left wants Obama to release five valued Taliban commanders for one nut job deserter but they don't care if he doesn't lift a finger to get this Marine back just over our border.

What a bunch of sick (*)(*)(*)(*)s leftists are.

The gentleman in question crossed the border into Mexico apparently quite legally, but bringing guns into Mexico broke their firearms laws and that is the reason he is being held. I don't buy the 'accidental crossing' for a single second, frankly. Border crossings are well marked. You'd have to be blind not to notice that you drove up to a customs post or port of entry.
Illegal Mexican migrants is a different matter entirely and unrelated.

He didn't realize he was going into Mexico until after the turnaround. Did he have a passport on him? If not, how could he have intended to cross the border? I have read several accounts of the story and he has maintained that he never intended to cross the border. That would be stupid to cross the border with 3 guns in your truck, especially with no business going to Mexico. Until it is proven that the Marine intended to go to Mexico for some kind of illegal activity like aiding cartels or drug smuggling or something of that nature, I'm giving him the benefit of the doubt and strongly encouraging public support for Mexico to do the same. We give them enough amnesty.

You think we should bow down and respect Mexico's laws, while millions of Mexicans (*)(*)(*)(*) on our laws and feed from our welfare at taxpayer expense? We feed them, give them citizenship with anchor babies, give them healthcare, and give them an education which includes "in state" tuition rates for college. All of this comes out of my pocket at the expense of my family.
