"Bikies will face tougher penalties than the general population for some offences if they break the law under legislation the State Government is keen to introduce.

Attorney General Christian Porter hopes to shatter the core of outlaw bikie gangs with the new law, which would make WA's organised crime laws the toughest in the country."

I don't really want to read the story - just fill me in. Are there laws to make them take a bath? Or laws to make them acknowledge that the 1970s actually finished 30 years ago?

    LOL

Judges can make them Declared Criminal Organisations, and subsequently stop them from communicating with each other by phone, email, sms, etc.

Breaches will result in 2 years imprisonment.

Plus, they will have to have a bath every Sunday night.
