To quarantine unhealthy practices is as providing a murderer a city of refuge as mentioned in The Holy Bible. The city of refuge was a city which God designated for the purposes of 'shelter' to both the murderer and the other general public. Joshua 20:1-3 "Then the Lord said to Joshua: Tell the Israelites to designate the cities of refuge, as I instructed you through Moses, so that anyone who kills a person accidentally and unintentionally may flee there and find protection from the avenger of blood." This is a very safe and Economical practice for today. Although many past issues and agendas regarding population quarantine has been discussed and up for opinions to general persons, nothing has been officially done about it. In California, the Prison of Alcatraz, is another example of a quarantined/isolation to certain human populations. Everyone should know that to mix the diseased among with the undiseased is asking for 'trouble'. If a person already knows what is going to occur, as far as population and the needs to maintain human life, the person should be able to prepare for it, right? Or is it as an unplanned pregnancy? All the warnings of STDs are given by CDC each year... so why always the increase of STDs and never the decrease of STDs warning after warning of STDs and how NOT to get one... It is the way the information is presented.. Rather than providing for HOW NOT TO GET ONE, they present the material of how to weave in and out and among getting one. This same way of presenting Truths happens in The Churches also. Rather saying how NOT TO GET ONE, they present the material so it weaves in and out and among those 'things' and left up to listeners' discretion to see if the risk taking outweighs the probabilities of getting one. They didn't know what the customs of dress were in other lands. They did not know that women were to be fully clothed. And so when they were visited by the foreigners, they were not ashamed, yet humble..
