    My goodness, this sounds awful.

Apparently there are drones following Joseph Farah around, monitoring him, watching him walk hsi dog of all things.

    It gets worse.

If Obama is gets reelected, Farah will be hunted down like a dog.

Yes, apparently something happens if an when Obama is reelected, but not before. I am not sure why it only happens after he is reelected, but according to Farah it will.

    http://www.salon.com/2012/07/10/farah_on_obama_re_election_salpart/

Certain things should not be mixed together. Bleach and ammonia. White wine and red meat. Alex Jones and Joseph Farah.

The Southern Poverty Law CenterProof of the latter mixture’s toxicity came last week, when Jones, the gravelly voiced Internet personality best known for his obsession with “truther” theories about the government’s supposed complicity in 9/11, interviewed Farah, the mustachioed overlord of all things “birther,” on his radio show.

For the most part, the two conspiracists’ conversation went pretty much as you would expect: chitchat about a supposed plan to disarm all Americans; furious denunciations of the Supreme Court’s recent decision to uphold the Affordable Care Act; speculation that the government would soon declare that “mom and apple pie and George Washington are terrorists.”

    Then Farah dropped a bomb.

“By the way Alex, remember when you were in my office in Virginia, one of my crew asked if you’d ever seen a drone, and you answered no you hadn’t,” he said. “I get home and within a week or two of that conversation, I’m taking my dog for a walk, and guess what I see right over the tree line? Right above my head is a drone.”

The “confirmation,” Farah said, came from online images of drones that “resemble what I saw.”

Farah, who lives in a Virginia suburb about 20 miles outside of the nation’s capital, could think of only one reason why a drone (if that is really what he saw) would be monitoring the area.

“There could only be one thing that this drone was spying on, and that would be me,” he said. “That would be my property.”

Jones lapped it up. “It was obviously looking for something on your property, probably harassment,” he fumed. “You have to ask the police, I mean, if that scenario happened, and like a Simpsons episode, and a giant green lizard was at the podium, would you submit to them? This is an outside globalist takeover.”

Jones and Farah seem to be reacting to recent reports that the government has permitted limited use of unmanned drones in civilian airspace. Last June, an antigovernment “sovereign citizen,” whose family had chased police off their North Dakota farm with high-powered rifles, became the first American citizen to be arrested with the aid of such a device. The government reportedly plans to expand the use of drones within the next few years, an idea that unsettles civil liberties watchdogs on both the left and right – and leaves antigovernment activists like Farah and Jones giddily unhinged.

“This is a game of control for them,” Farah told Jones. “We have to resist all attempts to control us, whether they’re telling us our kids have to have these mandatory vaccines, or they tell us in order to get on an airplane you’ve got to be groped. This is where the resistance starts, because this is part of conditioning for what is really the endgame for them, which is, you know, we’re all going to be global citizens, we don’t have any say in our government and so forth. It’s everything our Founding Fathers fought against, and we’ve got to be like our Founding Fathers all over again, and the only question in my mind is whether we have the fearlessness, and the courage and the conviction that they had to do that.”

He continued, “If [Obama is] re-elected, it’s gonna be war. We will be at war. We will be hunted down like dogs, Alex Jones, just keep that in mind. That’s what the stakes are.”

So he makes the birthers look crazy, it doesn't represent them as a whole.

Actually pretty much does. Read any of the 'faces' of Birthers and they are all pretty loony- Orly Taitz, Farah, Apuzzo, Klayman- pretty easy to come up with just outright looniness from each of them.

Why would you start this thread in off-topic, TFM?

Because birtherism is a silly notion that has nothing to do with the actual political landscape of this nation and is far too stupid to fall into a conspiracy theory, if that is even possible, so I placed it here as it is more along the lines of light hearted fare.

Lighthearted fare goes in humor & satire. Glad to see the thread got moved to the conspiracy section where it belongs.

LOL @ birthers. We've got so much proof Obama is a lousy president, nobody even cares where he was born anymore.

Nonetheless... carry on. It's better than talking about Barney Frank again.

    ROFLMAO

That is awesome. Thank you so much for your vigilance and expending as much energy as you did to ensure that this thread was put in it's proper place.

While some may call your mission incredibly petty and a bit humorous, I woudl have to disagree and say that you it was a very worthy effort on your part.

Amazingly, you still have utterly and completely failed to actually address the thread topic.

Are you crazy? The entire Birther movement rests on his shoulders. WND is funding the whole thing.

this of course exactly follows the guidelines trivializing a very important subject. there is no reason why, in a country like this, that people shouldn't be allowed to exercise their doubts about their elected leader. in a real environment they would be encouraged and even aided to pursue their cause, not barred, blocked, distracted and excoriated.

wherever the man was born, and i still think kenya, as long as new information comes along the ball is still in play. no one knows how mr. obama will act out historically. i want to resolve this within my own judgement, not because certain people say it's silly or a dead issue, but because i'm satisfied by what we know. evreything is fine let's move on isn't an answer to me. even after mr. obama is long gone.

since there is still so much doubt, and the government forbids the people from seeing the document, we're at a stalement, which is different from it being over. time is on the birther side, not to do with obama being in the whitehouse, rather knowing the whole story in the end, which now i think we don't. too many holes left to fill.

the birther controversy is way bigger than joeseph farah. while wnd has been the tip of the spear, there is a whole counter culture that has grown up around the mysteries and controversy of the rapid rise of the obama's. this of course includes all of the agents guarding the man and using alinsky tactics of ridicule and fake it till you make it.

the issue doesn't boil down to any few people, and i'm delighted at the level of investigation that continues today, as i've said many times, it's the antibirthers behavior that has played a big part in keeping me interested. normal people wouldn't dedicate themselves, or go to the great lengths they have if this were nothing, it just doesn't make sense.

And of course you are allowed to exercise your doubts- you can post here, you even have a website about your doubts. But why do you think this is only one way? Just as you are free to post your 'doubts', we who oppose Birthers use our freedom to refute, deny and yes excoriate- though I prefer the more accurate ridicule- Birthers.

Or for those who are interested in enjoying a good rational debunking of Birthers:

    http://www.obamaconspiracy.org/

And unlike most Birther blogs, you can post whatever you would like as long as you stay on topic.
