Sorry but this section of the Patriot Act does not allow detentions of suspects where no evidence exists.

Of note it's also being reported that a search warrant wasn't even issued. The apartment was searched based upon the voluntary consent of the person. As noted law enforcement continues to state that no suspects have been identified and that this man is NOT nor has he ever been in custody. He continues to provide information freely to law enforcement and there hasn't been any reason to suspect him of being involved.

Of course we don't know exactly what law enforcement is doing but we do know this man is not a suspect at this time.

 

I don't know whether you are a Republican or not. Why do you suppose I post to help you? I spend my time trying to help your victims, mostly.
