Your limited abilities to see beyond the end of your nose is not my problem. So please spare me from the lame insults.

What do you mean, not a shred of evidence? Go read the OP and ensuing thread. I gave three example of unarmed men taking out armed attackers.

What would you do? Cower and wait to die?

Oh so you list a couple of examples and you think that proves something? Do you not get what i mean when i say data?

And no i wouldn't cower and wait to die. Why would you say that? It literally has nothing to do with what I'm saying. If someone enters where im at with a gun intent on killing me and everyone else, my chances for survival skyrocket if I'm armed with a gun.

Here is a simple question for you. Of all the people who were killed (both good and bad) while they were armed with a gun, how many were killed by someone else with a gun vs how many were killed by someone who was unarmed? Try answering that honestly and you'll understand the point.

And in what % of these were both people armed?

It is a FACT documented by your BLOTUS's own tax returns that he LOST $1.17 BILLION over a decade. He is a FAILURE because he screws over hardworking Americans with his SCAMS to make his money. Only the gullible believe that he "made billions" when he INHERITED his wealth from his father.

Someone with a knife within 21' of you will be able to stab you BEFORE you can pull out your gun, aim and fire. Even the FBI teaches this FACT in their firearm training. Surprising that none of the gun obsessed know about it.

Most violent criminals do not follow duelling rules.

Guns have cost 572,000 lives in USA in this century.

    Guns are not toys.

Swords were used for a long time after firearms became common in XVIth century. Swords played a role in Revolutionary War.

That's my point. That they're used in homicides at a higher rate is common sense and not telling of anything at all.

So tell me, when someone walks into a place with the intent on killing people with their guns, how are people supposed to know what they are there to do before they take their gun out?

Your 21 ft rule is useless in virtually every single one of these scenarios. The shooter gets their gun out and then people react, not the other way around.

    Wanna try again?

It is very sad fact of American Civilization that lives of hundreds of thousands of people are valued so little.

Which happens very rarely compared to usual homicides. Guns take many more lives then they save.

Life is not a video game.

Was there supposed to be a point in there somewhere?

How many people are in "this place"?

How many directions can the gun fire in each time the trigger is pulled?

If they walk into a school or a mall then anyone outside of the line of sight of the shooter is safe and can tackle the shooter.

Totally incorrect defense shooting greatly outweigh criminal shootings.

Completely false and illogical, before a person can get close enough to tackle a shooter, the shooter is close enough that he can kill that person before he get's there.

Only in an extremely rare case could someone be able to get the shooter from behind without being detected.

You reach under your shirt draw and fire, attack over.

Only if like you are unarmed.

It's better to have one and not need it than needing one and not having it.

No but we do train and arm school personnel in Florida.

And you are claiming a shooter might not hear steps behind him and turn around and shoot?

Had you bothered to watch the video from Parkland which you didn't, you would have noticed Cruz was constantly turning around to make sure no one was coming up from behind him.

Think about this, why do SWAT teams always have a man on the rear of the diamond who does nothing but cover the rear of the team?

Are you really that out of touch of reality?

Ironic given that you appear to not appreciate what actually happens when a shooting occurs.

According to your bizarre gun obsessed bubble fantasy no one is screaming or panicking when the shooter draws their gun and starts shooting?

And the shooter has Superman Powers of Hearing so he can hear the sound of sneakers behind him over the noise of the gun fire and the screaming?

What other imaginary SUPERPOWERS does owning a gun give you?

And shooters never turn around to watch their back which as I already explained Cruz was doing constantly.

Plus you deliberately overlook the fact being armed give a person a huge advantage as they can utilize cover while directing fire toward the shooter which is what happened in Midland Texas stopping a Church shooting.

You don't know crap about shootings other than what you have seen in the movies.

Ironic PROJECTION duly noted and ignored for obvious reasons.

Cruz could ONLY SEE in a one direction at a time. That means when he turned his head AWAY he was vulnerable to being tackled.

You erroneously believe that ONLY a gun can stop someone when this entire thread PROVES otherwise.

Now you are making crap up, I never said that.

Bottom line and it is undeniable, having a gun makes it a lot easier to stop a rouge shooter, that is why you don't see SWAT teams clearing a location unarmed.

According to FBI, only 3% of homicide is justifiable.

Sadly most guns are used for homicide and self harm.
