BREAKING: California Releases Assault Weapons Ban Language

This morning, the State of California released their language regarding their assault weapons and high-capacity magazine bans.

In the document, the state mandates all firearms they consider to be “assault weapons” must be registered with the Department of Justice:'

wow...their zeal and malice knows no bounds.I hope interpreters are available for MS-13 members.

 

I hope most people refuse to do that. Maybe its time for the citizens of that state to draw a line in the sand and tell the bannerrhoids to go to hell

 

Considering the compliance with the last California gun ban law, this should be a real joke. Cali needs another good riot, centered upon Beverly Hills and the surrounding area or San Francisco.

 

I'm thinking I need to buy another AR before all of the Californians move to Texas and try to change our laws.

I considered moving to California years ago to do consulting, but when considering consulting for LA county, the contract had so many provisions and regulations unrelated to the actual work to be performed, that the contact was well over 100 pages, of which 7 were descriptions of the work to be performed. I figured unless I charged nearly 3 times my rates at the time, with an 80% or so markup for
Overhead, I couldn't break even.
Then too, at the time I was a collector of knives and in checking knife law, I found insanity that exceeded that of NYC.
Those factors, along with tax rates and other silliness I saw in their laws convinced me there were better places to live.
No wonder there are people moving away.

I just read an article about the bannerrhoid bureaucrats in California. Apparently, those scum peruse chat boards where California gun owners discuss how to get around PROPOSED regulations The BBs then go back and redo the regulations before they are released to deal with the way gun owners proposed to get around the idiocy. the suggestion to gun owners living in communist states is to not discuss how they plan on beating the unconstitutional nonsense before its actually on the books. The best way of course is to get pro gun judges appointed to the FEDERAL courts and have them strike down the idiocy
