    I have not been keeping up with Baghdadi, but if what you say is true, this story is starting to sound like the fake news that they killed Osama during the Obama administration.

    Have you any sort of link to his death in 2017?

    I look forward to seeing how Trump will explain that he knows more about ISIS than the generals and the CIA, who led this operation on their own.

    Unless Trump says it was he himself on the ground, who led the soldiers to Al-Baghadi's cache... which would not surprise me.

    How does that make a difference? In one, the last letter is for Syria. In the other, the last letter is for the Levant, a region that spans parts of Syria, Turkey, and Iraq. Why do we care which acronym anyone used? The people in that region have other names for them. Why make a big deal out of semantics? Seems kind of petty.

    I thought he was dead a couple of years ago, but in any case, it's good that he's dead.
