Caitlyn Jenner considering ‘de-transitioning’ ‘in the next couple years'

I'm really old school, so please excuse my ignorance in this new field of science...but assuming that's true, what exactly is the difference between "transgender" and "transsexual"?

Is it merely more politically correct?

 

Even if he cut it off, he'd still be a man. He'd be a man without a penis. Men have lost theirs due to accidents or disease or Lorena Bobbit. They're not called women. You can't make a vagina or a penis. Jenner is not gay. A man is never going to know what it feels like to be a woman and no woman is ever going to know what it feels like to be a man.

 

Transsexuals are the ones who have their wienie turned outside in. Transgendered are the ones who just think that they were born in the wrong gender and/or identify with the opposite gender.

 

"De-transitoning" is going to be the new trend now.

It is going to be the next cataclysmic issue of "acceptance" plaguing the middle-schools.

 

Ah, thanks. It's hard enough keeping up with this election, but gender politics? Who has the time?

 

He got what he wanted, an ESPY award for courage over cancer survivors and fighters as well as servicemen and women. This was all a big publicity stunt so (*)(*)(*)(*) all the kardashians and jenners and whoever else. Send them all to Syria.

 

As I've been saying for years, Transgender as a whole is pure nonsense. It should not be humored or honored. Thanks for backing me up Bruce.

 

lighten up a little, you're calling someone who is struggling with a mental disorder a moron... I'm sure nobody truly "wants" to be this way, they are suffering something that the medical community has been immensely restricted from researching and developing cures for, because a small group of society says that would make them feel like something is wrong with them, sadly there is, but so far society has blocked the medical community from advancing research into the brain to tackle issues like this...

so while I can appreciate your "I told you so" moment, maybe just be a little more sensitive to those struggling with a mental illness who have not learned how to either cope with it, and have gone to great lengths to destroy it all to satisfy this diseases they are struggling with... the real people you should be targeting your message to, and be upset with, in a civil way, are those who seek to block the advancement of science into understanding this issue and developing ways to solve it without surgery...

I mean think of all the other mental disorders you'd never call people "morons" for having... this is just another one of those... and until society finally wakes up and says, we have two options, research medicines to regulate and control these issues, or find ways to help them cope and accept their emotions and feelings, we won't solve this... but don't call the mentally ill morons, thats going too far... he's just someone who needed help, and didn't get the right help, instead he got butchered... thats not medicine...

 

ESPN is more like MSNBC than anything else. That award for Jenner was pure political pandering just like the Obama peace prize.
At least Jenner had to get a breast job to earn his.
