Seemed like California was sending out IOUs last year for certain payments. Haven't heard any news--are they just receiving under-the -table (and hidden by the MSM) Federal funds, or has something happened that improved the State's finances?
iou s are just a political trick between the treasurer and the governor playing games..happens every year..you can take them to the bank and they still cash them like a check...but makes us look like idiots in the press...
