Can George Zimmerman Get a Fair Trial?

No, George Zimmerman cannot get a fair trial. But a trial there must be. Because a segment of the population has been whipped into a furor.

I was just watching headline news and it is obvious that the media is doing everything it can to whip up anger and hatred.

The media is basically telling people that the cops are in on it too and that no outcome from a court can be trusted. I've seen some bad stuff from media over the years, but for a major media organization to intentionally spout a conspiracy theory that the police are actually in on some kind of cover up over George Zimmerman is absolutely irresponsible.

The news show admitted to the existence of the evidence, that eyewitness testimony corroborated Zimmerman's side of the story, but instead claimed that Law enforcement is attempting "demonize the victim."

I've had it up to here with this hateful nasty, divided (*)(*)(*)(*)ing country.

 

How right you are! When the Mullim Army guy opened fire on the soldiers at Ft. Hood, killing 13 and injuring around 30, Obama's first words were "Now let's not jump to conclusions" and blah, blah, blah.......

I just couldn't believe his stupidity to personalize the Martin case by saying his son would 'look like Treyvor..." He knew exactly what he was doing when he said that..... stirring the pot of racial tension - b/c shortly after that, the Black Panthers were in Fla. announcing their $10,000 bounty reward for Zimmerman and Obama never said a word.....

 

George Zimmerman is not guilty. I think it is so ridiculous that so many people are making this such a huge deal. African Americans want to claim some race crime, when all of the evidence points to Zimmerman defending himself.

And the news stations are jumping on this like freaking vultures with no personality/taste. What is with these news stations calling Zimmerman a "vigilante" and crap like that; he was on the neighborhood watch. That is not a vigilante, that is a position in the neighborhood. The neighborhood ELECTED him to be the captain of the watch team, therefore they all trusted him... meaning he was trustworthy. Stop being so stupid and blind about the facts America.

Lastly, the whole "he pursued the kid and started it" is absolutely ridiculous. First of all, yes he clearly originally pursued the kid. But then this miraculous thing happened... the kid stopped running, and he stopped pursuing. Gee, what happened next you might ask... the freaking kid came up to Zimmerman. That's right, maybe if you listened to the whole phone conversation you would hear Zimmerman saying "oh, he just turned around... he's staring at me... he is coming towards me". Sounds a little bit like Zimmerman was approached to me.

Stop being retarded. I'm not saying that what happened was right, or that the kid deserved to die; the kid did not deserve to die, and the gun shot should not have happened. But it did. And it was done in self defense. Sure, be pissed off about it and all of that (I'm upset at how easy it is for somebody to shoot someone else), but this man is not guilty. Give him some peace, he is probably torturing himself wondering how he could have handled it differently.

First of all, that wasn't the context in which I responded with the Obama reference. Read, re-read and re-interpret if need be.

 

I remember saying that Casey Anthony couldn't get a fair trial, given the publicity surrounding her case. But she did get a fair trial, and I was wrong in my opinion.

So if she can get a fair trial, Zimmerman will also.

 

Question (mebbe this was answered already): At what time did this tragedy occur ?

Was the supposed "son-like" kid of President Algae, doper Trayvon Martin, the thrice suspended paragon of Black Studenthood suspended from school when he was snuffling around in the area where Zimmie was employed, doing his job as a "watcher" (and, acted like a jerk) in that neighborhood ?

BTW, the fact that a witness will testify that the paragon of Black Studenthood, the "son-like" kid of President Solyndra, Doper Trayvon, was beating the crap outa Zimmie (who acted like a jerk for not following the cop's advice) .......... that beating of Zimmie explains why there was no arrest, and probably won't be an arrest (unless PC will rear its ugly head) .....and why the trial of Zimmie, because of the Florida Law, will rightly exonerate the fool if Doper Trayvon struck the FIRST BLOW ......unless, of course, PC crappola will have its way.

 

I don't think she got a fair trial but she isn't a white male. There wasn't a $10,000 bounty on her. The President of the United States hadn't taken sides.

Did Trayvon get a fair trial? No, he's been accused of attacking Z and beating him down, which we'll never know if true or not. Trayvon is dead..

Of course it's lost on the Z supporters that it was Z who caused this entire situation/encounter to start with.

Trayvon was never charged with a crime.

We don't know what happened for several of those minutes, but we do know that Trayvon was in process of kicking Zimmerman's butt when Zimmerman shot him.
