I had an incident where I did the same thing as this kid.

I try to avoid jobs dealing with the public because I won't tolerate abuse from a-holes. However, at one job they pulled me from the shop to install a jukebox system in a bar, I was warned the owner was a jerk. I get there and he immediately gets in my face, I try to tell him I will install it exactly how he wants it but something didn't compute so he starts yelling at me. As I'm thinking I could crush this short $hit with one hand, I fold my arms and smile at him, just like that teen did. And boy did it work, he called the office and while he was under the delusion that he's been dealing with the owner, he has only dealt with the sales rep where I hear him say, "he's smiling at me". At least the sales rep was able to get through his thick skull and explain everything. He left me alone after that.

 

Yep, now what distraction will they go with to get this out of the news cycle?
