    and Trump gets more free newstime courtesy of people who behave like jackasses and will probably cause the protest to turn violent. Nothing says listen me more than causing me to be inconvenienced or have my home/business/job impacted in a negative way. These protests are just benefiting Trump. Freedom of speech is great, but non peaceful protests against another persons freedom of speech does nothing to get people on your side.

    The person who i went to the rally with is rabidly Anti-Trump. He hates the guy more than anyone I know.

    After he saw the depths of depravity and violence these people were resorting to against innocent people he started sympathizing with the Trump supportees and it made him want to back Trump.

    It's not about pissing people off, its about trying to make them afraid to defy them.

    Apparently they don't realize their manly women and womenly men aren't very intimidating, so they resort to pepper spraying children and punching horses.

    I remember when Costa Mesa was an All American city.

    There's been talk of moving the Orange Curtain south of Costa Mesa. Maybe Santa Ana will annex Costa Mesa ? :roflol:

    Costa Mesa hasn't gotten that bad yet.

    Even Irvine has it's barrio type neighborhood because we don't have a Trump Wall.

    The elite power structure is worse, the only difference being that they do it all "legally" using the existing mechanisms in society--police; the army; etc.

    What they don't see is that Trump is hoping to change some of this manipulation by confronting the hidden mechanisms that have made a level playing field nonexistent. It takes people that have been using the present system--attorneys, etc.--to see what needs to be altered.

    These people, both sides, are distracting from the real issue here...the economy. There are racists, and there will always be racists, but what good is it if the working class of ANY race cannot afford to live?

    sometimes I wonder if the leaders of these protest groups ever sit down and think among themselves, are we getting our message out, or are we hurting our cause?

    because the more they attempt to suppress and silence people who disagree with them, the more are turning out for trump in greater numbers and more passionate than ever before... they almost seem to be ruining their cause by forcing people to pick a side, and generally people won't pick your side when you disrupt their lives... the same thing happened in my town after a police shooting, people actually supported the family of the dead guy... but after they spent the next year shutting down streets, disrupting christmas events to scream and protest, causing folks to be late to work and late picking up their kids, and generally ruining a lot of evening social events, people are now turning on them and support has dwindled to their small group of people who people just roll their eyes at now... they have ostracized themselves...

    this is playing right into everything trump is saying, its playing right into the type of people likely to support him, and now its reaching out to those who wouldn't have but are so sick of being made to feel ashamed in their own country for being born here... I think liberals are beginning to shoot themselves in their own feet... and this is just the primary... I can only imagine how much more of this will happen if he wins the primary and now goes against hillary, especially when bernie supporters feel disenfranchised...
