You don't think that God created man, and woman came from the man?

Does that make them better than those who engage in 'vile sin', but who do NOT engage in other sins?

    Define "natural."

    Can you support this?

Where do you stand on birth control?

Yeah, but the problem is that only Christians USE that moral compass of "The Light of Christ."

Homosexuals don't have a monopoly on immoral instinctual behavior, do they?

Which is the problem with adhering to Pauline Gibberish rather than hearkening to the words of Christ.

Paul had sexuality issues .. what can we say ?

Just because Christ didn't say the opposite, doesn't mean he was in favour of it.

    What makes you say that?

Never said Jesus was in favor. What does this have to do with Pauline Gibberish and his issues with women and sex in general .. Google it.

So then what he said is not relevant to what Paul said. Simple.

    What makes you say that?

Nope - Jesus not speaking out against a particular act - say "Premarital Sex" does not make the words of Jesus not relevant to Paul's Puritan Posture. .. Jesus said not to judge. - Paul was all about Judging .. making up his own rules - putting words in God's mouth .. something Jesus also spoke against.

Paul had many absurd claims .. best to stick to the words of Jesus

Paul had issues with that as well if not mistaken .. anything related to sex .. Paul was against it --

What issue didn't Paul have would be the question.

Nothing - other than we should not take the blubbering of Paul over the teaching of Jesus .. or take Paul as "Inspired" for that matter.

You haven't referenced any contradiction related to homosexuality.

You said this in reply to a post about homosexuality, making a distinction between Paul and Jesus:

Nope. That's simply a misunderstanding of the meaning of scripture. Not sure exactly how Adam and Eve came to the earth but they were a product of the dust of the earth. But, they did have belly buttons.

Repentance is necessary for all sins. Asking the Father in the name of the Son for forgiveness is essential and then doing our very best not to repeat the sins. The problem with "vile" sins is that they are hard to make restitution which is essential with repentance. Also, with vile sins, it's difficult to stop. In fact, homosexual acts change the brain to make it easier for homosexuals to continue to perform vile acts. That's why in Romans it says their brains were changed to reprobate minds so they could do those unseemly vile acts until it seems normal to do unnatural acts. Men with men, women with women. It's not a matter of whose a better person. What's important is that we take upon us the name of Jesus Christ, repent and stay on the straight and narrow path to the tree of life (eternal life).

Cougarbear: Homosexual acts are not instinctual behaviors. They are learned and become obsessive behaviors. If you mean can heterosexuals commit sexual sins, yes. Sexual intercourse outside the bounds the Lord has set is vile sin. The boundary is sexual intercourse must be between a man and a woman who are married to each other. Premarital sex and adultery are the worst vile sins next to murder.
