CIA veteran and ex-coordinator of CIA affairs in Iraq along with State Department analyst Wayne White openly accuses the Bush administration of running a ghost intelligence office that faked all the evidence about Iraq's involvement in 9/11!

They describe this ghost office as a closed circuit intelligence agency that even they didn't know about! An intelligence agency within the intelligence agencies! One that was given absolute power by Cheney and Rumsfeld against common US intelligence procedures and that had channels of intel that were sealed off from the CIA and the State Department.

In plain words, what they say is that the US was run behind their back and that they were kept in the dark about what was going on, that the Bush office were deciding steps in US foreign policy by themselves while keeping the State Department and the whole country on the outside! He remarks how people now wrongly point at the CIA for critical issues that the CIA did not adress because, in fact, according to Pillar they didn't exist, they were actually made up and kept away from them and that the Congress was deceived and George Tenet himself was deceived, while the CIA had firm evidence that Iraq was not a threat.

These are some severely profound accusations. Pillar was the CIA coordinator over Iraq affairs from 2000 to 2005. He is also an academic and a well respected figure. Look him up if you haven't already. OMG this country and much of the world is really living in the dark.

The "faking" of the intelligence used to invade Iraq was obvious when the C.I.A. Director mentioned the "need for a slam dunk case." C.I.A. intelligence "analysis" had been perverted by politics before, like during the Cold War.

Ya, why not manufacture the whole thing, the events of 9/11/2001
were most certainly a manufactured event, that is NOT the product
    of radicals hijacking airliners.....

Given that there isn't even proper proof that any of the alleged hijacked airliners existed at all, the official story is certainly NOT supported by any hard evidence.

I hope that Cheney lives long enough to get his ass thrown in jail where he belongs. I'd pay to see him frogmarched out his front door in handcuffs. What a supreme scumbag!

Besides embarrassment, what else is there to worry about? Once we knew there wasn't jack (*)(*)(*)(*) over there worth invading for, did our troops and gear come home? No. No they did not. Hence, they had nothing to worry about.

What's embarrassing is that you A:think we 'invaded' and B:WMD was the only reason we went back into Iraq

So are you saying we didn't invade Iraq? If what happened isn't an invasion, then what would you call it?

WMD obviously wasn't the only reason, but it was the publicly stated reason, which is why the Pentagon used retired Generals to spread their disinformation and propaganda.

Yeah, some gear came home, but billions of dollars worth stayed behind.
