CNN should read his books, then they wouldn't try to match wits with him. I wonder if they would have asked the same question of Bill Clinton's defence lawyers?

 

I don't get your point, he's just saying that he's not politically biased, that if Hilary were facing the same charges as Trump he'd defend her too.

But Clinton was guilty and quite blatantly so, he's arguing here that what Trump is accused off isn't even a crime.

 

What this actually demonstrates is how lousy the Constitution is. Those who wrote it did an appalling job, leaving people like the D bloke arguing what was in their minds when they wrote the garbage. You know...leaving so many gaps that anyone gets to re-write it.

If Trump did what he is accused of (raiding the public purse to feather his own nest) that is as akin to treason as one can get.

 

Sounds exactly like what Biden did for his son and other family members. And now, Americans want to know. Our money given Ukraine during the Obama administration got pilfered by oligarchs (like Hunter Biden's boss) and laundered through off-shore accounts. Our money given by the Trump administration paid for military equipment for Ukraine to fight against Russian tanks of their soil.

...and our Constitution is one of the most brilliant documents ever written.

As for your most 'brilliant document ever written'......how many times has SCOTUS had to fill in the gaps. It is a document written for the times...way back then, and it is not standing the test of time.

 

Pelosi/Schiff/Nadler made it about Biden as much as about Trump when they zeroed in on a short quote from one phone call. To prove his defense, all Trump has to do is show that there was legitimate cause in the public interest to request an investigation into the Biden's activities. The public is now interested.

A document which outlines a process for citizens to enjoy life, liberty and the pursuit of happiness, given to us by our creator, as described in the Declaration of Independence, is absolutely timeless.

 

It's only political when there is no listening only talking. The GOP has made it clear they have no interest in the facts of the case and won't even read the relevant documents. Truth be damned.

 

What facts? The entire impeachment is based on opinions and interpretation. NO facts. Democrats wanted to impeach on day fricking 1. Trump wasn’t even sworn in and many elected officials were calling for impeachment. And the MSM was calling for it too. All of them making wild accusations about everything without ANY PROOF.

The whistleblower that got this “started” with no direct knowledge of a damn thing. He/she reported him on a hunch. Literally because of what other people thought or how they felt about what Trump meant. NO FACTS!!!

If we had facts this would be over already or we’d be deep into a bipartisan trial. But we’re not. It’s a political witch-hunt because those wanting to impeach Trump wanted it before they had anything legitimate to impeach him on.

It’s a joke. Major Dem Leaders are on record stating impeachment should only happen if it’s bipartisan and look at what they’re doing. Hypocrites. All of them.

 

Only someone that didn't watch any of the impeachment hearings would make such an uniformed post. An investigation begins with a "hunch" and goes from there. At least two people testified with direct knowledge of the calls because they were on it.

Fact after fact was presented in the testimony which involved top Stated
Department and Intelligence experts. Yes, I know, Trump hates experts because of his fabulous brain that knows more about anything than anybody.
Trump's own Ambassador (Sondland) verified the fact Trump was interested on going after the Bidens, not corruption. That Trump wanted Ukraine to announce the Biden "investigation" before gettin aid was also confirmed by Sondland.

A jury in a civil trial would have Trump in jail by now on this evidence alone. All your post consists of is anger, swearing and exclamations. No facts whatsoever.

if what you say is true than this entire thing would be bipartisan because it would be obvious because the evidence would be clear. It’s NOT clear. You’re blinded by rage. He never said he was against all impeachments.

He is a rare dem. Unlike the rest the man has principles and does not forget he has them when the rest of the party allows partisanship to trump principles
