So far nothing concrete. Evidently her brother was a lobbyist , and she reported on a story involving this nuns suspicious death, and as usual told two sides of a story denied by the Guatamalan govt, which left an 'implication' that the Guatemalan govt might have a side worthy of mention. We don't know what Cokie said, or if she had a list all the clients her brother worked for or had any reason to know this connection existed, or whether or not she disclosed a possible conflict either to her employers or her readers. Seems to me this sort of thing was bound to happen, and probably more than once, as long as she reported on Washington politics for decades and her family was centered in Washington.

Cokie Roberts worked hard to keep the American/Contra murderous inquisition of Guatemalan and Latin America a secret from the world and the American people who claim to be a Christian nation. Those who reported facts of the mass murder in Guatemala were immediately killed. Because of Cokie Roberts' role as a propagandist, the American media heaped journalistic awards upon her to mask her immoral character and inhuman actions.
