Cold kills one million head of cattle in Peru.

One lion killed in Zimbabwe has got a lot of attention in the Main Stream Media,” says reader Argiris Diamantis. “One million cattle dying from the cold gets no attention at all.10 Aug 2015 – “COLD KILLS ONE MILLION HEADS OF CATTLE“ reads the headline on Con Nuestro Peru.A catastrophe for camels, sheep and cattle in the country. The National Civil Defense Institute (INDECI) reported on 5 August that cold dead animals reach 912 300. At the time of writing that number could have risen to one million. Most are fine alpacas. There are also 508,000 sick animals. This is a disaster unparalleled in our history.Frightening is the situation created by the snowfall that hit especially the poor peasants. The problem affects the entire nation’s pantry, because it means less meat and less milk for the population. But the palaces are well supplied.A few years ago, when television showed children of Puno just shod with sandals, walking on snow and many of them died of cold, a European friend said: “In Sweden there is a more intense cold here than in Puno, but no child dies of cold. ”The secret is food, warm clothing, adequate housing. The governments, scientists, technologists, consultants and producers in the cold countries have developed strategies that our bureaucrats should study. Before the cold spell in 2013, the magazine Agronoticias recommended:-Selection and adaptation to extreme cold resistant breeds.
-Improving Massive natural pastures for greater nutritional value, as well as combating parasites that thrive in the cold.

    Scary!

Of course summertime in the northern hemisphere is winter time in the southern hemisphere.

Cecil was cute while Fatherfrost Celsius would not make a good cartoon story for any news media.

Which, according to Warmist Dogma, is "much warmer" than normal. Odd, how they are so silent, now, huh?

Also they constantly try to cite hotter temps in the Southern Hemiisphere summers thanthe North, apparently ignorant of the fact that a MASSIVELY HIGHER % of the Southern Hemisphere's land mass lies within the TROPICS, than does the Northern Hemisphere= 4th grade geography.

By ignoring the Kyoto accord President Bush and P. M. Stephen Harper kept the Global Dimming Effect high.........… which tends to decrease a general global warming trend. The time may come when we give them some credit for doing this............. it might have been a reasonably good decision under the circumstances......

    http://www.politicalforum.com/polit...m-harper-deliberately-use-global-dimming.html

Did President G. W. Bush and P. M. Harper deliberately use Global Dimming to..
.... mask...… to decrease..... to hide.......to postpone......... a general Global Warming trend?

A second legitimate question is..... within fifty years is it at all possible that we may find out that they may perhaps have had a basically good idea in doing this?

Until China and India sign the Kyoto then let nature take its course letting carbon get recycled by foliage and algae.

True...... the fact that China and India were ignoring Kyoto is one of the major reasons why P. M. Stephen Harper and President Bush also ignored it.

If they had signed it...... the statistics in the film "Death by China" would have been even more grim.

Although I am Canadian I freely admit that I find USA politics more interesting.

I am not blaming President Bush for this.......... he and President Ronald Reagan were two of my favourite American Presidents....... (in spite of their flaws..... we all have lots of flaws)... but President Jimmy Carter and President Obama confuse me greatly??????!

    http://www.politicalforum.com/canad...ush-my-two-favourite-american-presidents.html
Presidents Reagan and President George W. Bush, my two favourite American Presidents.
I didn't join Canada's Liberal party back in 2009 to make everybody happy.

On the official Liberal Party discussion forum I get the impression that many active Liberal Party writers think that I am some sort of Conservative Party plant?!

I'm not……. I am basically happy with Canada's Liberal Party….. I am really glad that Liberal Leader Mr. Stephan Dion made it clear that the Liberal Party takes climate change very seriously.

I was also impressed when Liberal Party leader Mr. Michael Ignatieff stated that the 2009 budget tabled by P. M. Stephen Harper was relatively "liberal" considering that it was done up by P. M. Stephen Harper and his assistants.

But…… what I feel is needed most in Canadian politics is for members of all major political parties to apply the principles elaborated on in the film "The Secret."

    http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/The_Secret_(book)

Liberals, Conservatives, the NDP and Canada's Green Party need to talk to each other more and cooperate at a higher level to set in motion win - win - win - win initiatives in Canada, and around the world.

Although this is a terribly un-cool thing to do….. I admit it…. back in 2012, if I had been American I would almost certainly have voted for Mitt Romney and back in 2008 I almost certainly would have voted for McCain - Palin. In the event that Mitt Romney enters the Presidential race and is elected as POTUS in 2016…. my having expressed my opinion….. might actually turn out to be of some value?!

This could be one more indication that we're entering an El Nino year and why I heard Bill Maher last night mention it as the reason Southern Cal's drought would be gone shortly, but it plays hell with Peru (along the Pacific). If the normally east to west trade winds slow considerably, that would mean that a lesser amount of warm air is blown across Peru. Lack of warm air would definitely mean that a colder winter would ensue, but it does not mean that global warming/climate change has stopped.

They're the same thing. Notice the word "nature" in both?

Unnatural causes would include being shot in Chicago, although that classification may soon change.
