And you think the judge read the call transcripts and his interview and is just going along with the scheme?
You realize how ridiculous that sounds?

I believe Flynn will get cleared when this is all said and done.

There is no transcript. The FBI does NOT record interviews.
The FBI agents fill out a form "FD - 302" -
A FD-302 form is used by FBI agents to "report or summarize the interviews that they conduct" and contains information from the notes taken during the interview by the non-primary agent.

It consists of information taken from the subject, rather than details about the subject themselves.

A forms list from an internal FBI Website lists the FD-302 as Form for Reporting Information That May Become Testimony.

Avert your eyes to the obvious misuse of a senior position being used for retribution against someone who made a claim of sexual abuse of an employee. I do believe that kind of activity within the federal government is in fact illegal. You claim you're an attorney, you should know that... but here you are, once again, shilling for known abusers.

Lol I’m not an attorney and have never claimed I was.
Flynn lied, he confessed. Now that he’s plead guilty how exactly does that protect McCabe?

That is the case with most followers. No different than Democrats and religious groups.

It doesn’t, the judge isn’t going to throw out his plea if he says McCabe harassed someone.

TIL that icehole3 believes prosecutors should show potential criminals that they have documented evidence of their behavior before interviews.

How do you know that the 2 FBI agents claimed that they did not believe Flynn was lying?

Which wasn't the assertion I asked. You suggested that McCabe was protected from the accusation Flynn supported vis a vis, the sexual misconduct of McCabe and his female subordinate. Because, that is what you suggested earlier.

Should we let everyone out of prison who plead guilty, or does that only apply to republicans?

I did not. It’s a stupid theory, the moment Flynn pleas guilty he could throw McCabe under the bus and face no repercussions!

No transcript. No recording. The two FBI SSA say he was truthful in their FD-302 yet he ends up pleading guilty to lying to the FBI. And, a year and a half after his plea he's not been sentenced. Hmm...

You think that's all kosher because?

He’s not been sentenced because he is cooperating in ongoing prosecutions.
They did not say he was being truthful, the knew he lied as they had the transcript of his call with Russia!
    Remember the unmasking fake controversy?

Flynn said so, in court under oath. So he perjured himself but didn’t lie to the fbi?
