You have good taste! It's a shame that nobody writes good stuff like that anymore, you have to go back to the 60s and 70s archives to find real music. In fact, in every genre of music from rock to pop, from country to easy listening I don't think it ever got better than the 60s and 70s! I think that the most frustrating thing about what's being done today is that it seems to all sound the same! Every time someone has a hit record, five other artists or groups come out with something very similar! No originality! During the late sixties however, we had bands like Creedence Clearwater Revival, The Beatles, The Beach Boys, The Lovin' Spoonful and Jefferson Airplane! They were all great and had many hits yet not one sounded anything like another! In the seventies we had The Eagles, Aerosmith, Led Zeppelin and Kansas. Again all great and were each unique. I don't know, maybe I'm just getting old but sometimes I wish that I could jump into a time machine and go back!
