    Garcetti said to enjoy the beaches and parks, but too many people took his advice. I took my dog on a hike and the trails were never this busy. I am one of those people that can't stay home. Where do people with cabin fever go now?

    So, the government will have the excuse, according to some, or the obligation, according to others, to enforce further repressive measures. This pampered generation is in for some very hard lessons. Our parents poorly prepared their propagation.
